Shipping Information:
We make every effort for your order to be shipped within 2 business days of its placing. Shipping times vary from 3-5 business days, so typically orders should arrive in 4-7 business days. Naturally, orders can be occassionally delayed by stock shortages, weather, shipping problems, incorrect shipping addresses, and other factors, but we will always keep you aware of any issues we are aware of. If your order has not arrived to you in 7 business days, please contact us at admin@cigarsbestfriend.com so we can investigate the cause and work to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. Be sure to use an email address for your order that you check often, as that is how we will communicate with you about your order.
Many of our items ship from our warehouse, but others are drop shipped from manufactuers. If you order more than one item, there is a good chance these will arrive at different times, and/or by different carriers.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns At Cigars Best Friend, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For ANY REASON on any product we offer (except items marked as "clearance, final clearance or inventory reduction"), you may return the item for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase providing the following conditions are met:
1. You have emailed (admin@cigarsbestfriend.com) for specific return instructions. Many of our products are returned directly to the manufacturer, not to us. If one of these items is returned to us, it will be refused and returned to you.
2. The items are in new condition with all factory packaging and literature in tact. Items that do not, or show obvious signs of use will not be returned, and no refund will be issued.
3. Items are post-marked no later than 30 days from Delivery date. Exceptions include delayed shipping, and Holiday purchases which may have extended return windows.
4. Most items have longer guarantees or warranties from the manufacturer, and after 30 days you deal directly with them. We do not act as agents on their behalf, or yours after 30 days.
5. Some items feature free, or included shipping. The refundable purchase price on these items is defined as the total price minus the actual UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or DHL shipping charges.
Remember: You must email or call us ahead of returning your item for specific instructions! All sales are final for items marked as "clearance", or "final clearance."
Our policy is NOT to charge a restocking fee, HOWEVER, orders returned without prior authorization, or outside the return window will be refused at delivery. Orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed OR if the item(s) has been shipped. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% charge, to offset the costs of authorizing and crediting credit cards. Electronic devices and software will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in working order.

Naturally, we take every precausion to ensure your order arrives in perfect conditon and that we have shipped the correct items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or was filled incorrectly, we will cover all costs associated with pick-up and replacement and take care of it as quickly as possible. Shipping damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery otherwise our standard return policy will apply. If you have ordered a gift, please inspect the package for damage and correctness UPON DELIVERY!
